Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C).
  • 2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • 3. Place the chicken in the smoker and cook for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • 4. Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.

Notes:

For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked through.
