Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  • 2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until it's browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes:

For best results, use a well-marbled cut of beef.
