Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella slices, and fresh basil.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

This dish pairs well with a side of pasta or a fresh green salad.
