Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet skin-on
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the salmon on the soaked cedar plank, skin-side down.
  • Grill the salmon on the cedar plank for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with minced garlic before serving.

Notes:

Make sure to keep a spray bottle of water nearby to handle any flare-ups from the cedar plank.
