Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
  • 2. In a small bowl, mix together chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • 3. Pour the mixture over the pork tenderloin.
  • 4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the pork is tender and cooked through.
  • 5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can sear the pork tenderloin in a hot pan before placing it in the slow cooker.
