Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 links Italian sausage
  • 2 Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove sausages and set aside. In the same skillet, add peppers and onions.
  • Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Return sausages to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes:

Great served with crusty bread or over pasta.
