Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove sausages and set aside. In the same skillet, add peppers and onions.
Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Return sausages to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes:
Great served with crusty bread or over pasta.
