Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Beef Brisket
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Rub the brisket with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over it.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 4 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Notes:

For best results, let the brisket marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
