Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the brisket with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over it.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 4 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes:
For best results, let the brisket marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
