Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • 3. Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked beef. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Serve the beef over cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
