Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted optional, for extra shine

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
  • 2. Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  • 3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a minute.
  • 4. Whisk the mixture until smooth and glossy. Add butter if using, and whisk until melted and combined.
  • 5. Let the ganache cool slightly before using.

Notes:

Ganache can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat gently before using.
