Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add beaten eggs and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.

Notes:

Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
