Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate until set.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Let cool to room temperature. Stir in sliced strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until firm.
Notes:
Make sure the gelatin mixture is cool before pouring it over the cream cheese layer to prevent it from melting.
