Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  • 2. Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  • 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  • 4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one out into a thin circle.
  • 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each circle for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

Notes:

Best served warm. Can be used as a base for flatbreads or wraps.
