Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Fresh salmon fillet, diced Make sure it's sushi-grade
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Capers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, capers, red onion, and fresh dill.
  • 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3. Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Ensure the salmon is very fresh and sushi-grade for safety.
