Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Garlic Scapes chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts toasted
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • 1. Combine garlic scapes, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
  • 2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  • 3. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil and blend until smooth.
  • 4. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

Great with pasta, on sandwiches, or as a dip.
