Instructions:
1. Combine garlic scapes, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
2. Pulse until finely chopped.
3. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil and blend until smooth.
4. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Great with pasta, on sandwiches, or as a dip.
