Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Jalapenos sliced
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic smashed

Instructions: 

  • 1. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  • 2. Add garlic and jalapenos to the boiling mixture. Remove from heat.
  • 3. Let it cool slightly, then transfer to a jar. Refrigerate.

Notes:

These pickled jalapenos can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
