Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes to 'cook' the shrimp.
2. Add serrano peppers, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix well.
3. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately.
Notes:
For a spicier dish, add more serrano peppers. Serve with tortilla chips or tostadas.
