Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 Serrano peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • to taste Salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes to 'cook' the shrimp.
  • 2. Add serrano peppers, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix well.
  • 3. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately.

Notes:

For a spicier dish, add more serrano peppers. Serve with tortilla chips or tostadas.
