Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Chili Oil optional
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil (if using), minced garlic, and sugar.
  • Whisk until the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are well combined.
  • Serve immediately with gyoza or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes:

This sauce can be adjusted to taste. Add more chili oil for extra heat or more sugar for sweetness.
