Instructions:

2. Dip chicken wings in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Fry chicken wings until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes per side.
5. Remove wings from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
Notes:
