Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • 2. Dip chicken wings in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
  • 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • 4. Fry chicken wings until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes per side.
  • 5. Remove wings from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, marinate the wings in buttermilk overnight.
