Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp dill seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions: 

  • 1. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Heat until sugar and salt dissolve.
  • 2. Place cucumbers, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic in a jar.
  • 3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

Notes:

These pickles can last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
