Instructions:
1. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Heat until sugar and salt dissolve.
2. Place cucumbers, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic in a jar.
3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes:
These pickles can last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
