Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
2. Pack the okra, garlic, dill sprigs, mustard seeds, and dill seeds into jars.
3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the okra, leaving some headspace.
4. Seal the jars and let them cool to room temperature.
5. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes:
Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
