Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Fry chicken tenders in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
