Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Poke a few holes in each potato with a fork.
3. Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
5. Place the wrapped potatoes on the grill and cook for about 60 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
6. Remove from the grill, unwrap, and serve hot.
Notes:
For extra flavor, add some minced garlic or herbs before wrapping the potatoes in foil.
