Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Russet Potatoes medium-sized
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Poke a few holes in each potato with a fork.
  • 3. Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
  • 5. Place the wrapped potatoes on the grill and cook for about 60 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
  • 6. Remove from the grill, unwrap, and serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add some minced garlic or herbs before wrapping the potatoes in foil.
