Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Spaghetti Squash medium-sized
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  • Brush the inside of each half with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the squash is tender.
  • Use a fork to scrape out the strands of squash and serve.

Notes:

For added flavor, try topping with your favorite sauce or cheese.
