Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Manicotti shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture using a spoon.
  • Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Place filled manicotti shells in the baking dish. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
  • Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
