Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture using a spoon.
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Place filled manicotti shells in the baking dish. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Serve with a side salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
