Ingredients:  

Spice Mix

  • 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Cloves
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Pods
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg grated

Instructions: 

  • 1. Toast all the spices in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • 2. Let the spices cool, then grind them to a fine powder using a spice grinder.
  • 3. Store the garam masala in an airtight container.
