Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Russet potatoes medium-sized
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and dry potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  • Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should go in easily.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

For extra crispy skin, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
