Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35 minutes, turning halfway through.
Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should go in easily.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
For extra crispy skin, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
