Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Asparagus
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and trim the asparagus.
  • Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until tender.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
