Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, apple, and walnuts.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Best served chilled.
