Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, chopped celery, halved grapes, and finely chopped red onion.
Add the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
