Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, chopped celery, halved grapes, and finely chopped red onion.
  • Add the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.

Notes:

Great for a light lunch or as a sandwich filling.
