Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions: 

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the hamburger buns and serve.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce.
