Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Spoon the mixture onto the hamburger buns and serve.
Notes:
For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce.
