Olive Oil
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in ketchup and mustard, mixing well.
Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle half with shredded cheese.
Top with cooked beef mixture, diced tomato, and more cheese.
Fold the tortilla in half and cook in the skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted, flipping once.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cut into wedges and serve warm.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like pickles or jalapeños.
