Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in ketchup and mustard, mixing well.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle half with shredded cheese.
  • Top with cooked beef mixture, diced tomato, and more cheese.
  • Fold the tortilla in half and cook in the skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted, flipping once.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Cut into wedges and serve warm.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like pickles or jalapeños.
