Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • optional lemon juice
  • optional parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Drain the tuna.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add the drained tuna to the pan and stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Optional: Add a splash of lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.
