Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, crumble the tofu.
2. Add breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
