Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 scallions sliced

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger.
  • 3. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until well coated.
  • 4. Garnish with sliced scallions and serve.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables or protein of your choice.
