Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mahi Mahi fillets cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Add Mahi Mahi strips and toss to coat.
  • 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fish strips for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  • 4. Assemble the tacos by placing fish strips in the tortillas. Top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with lime wedges.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add some sliced avocado or a sprinkle of cilantro.
