1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Add Mahi Mahi strips and toss to coat.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fish strips for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing fish strips in the tortillas. Top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with lime wedges.
