Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions: 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.
  • Pour sauce over veggies, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Feel free to add any other veggies you like!
