red bell pepper, sliced

yellow bell pepper, sliced

broccoli florets

carrot, julienned

soy sauce

rice vinegar

sesame oil

honey

Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
Add bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.
Pour sauce over veggies, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add any other veggies you like!
