Equipment

  • Coffee Mug
  • Lighter or match
  • Spoon

Ingredients:  

  • 1 oz 151-proof rum
  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • 1 oz Triple sec
  • 1 cup Hot coffee
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 oz Whipped cream

Instructions: 

  • Rim the coffee mug with sugar.
  • Pour the rum into the mug and light it with a lighter or match.
  • Let the flame burn for about 10 seconds, then blow it out.
  • Add the Kahlua and triple sec.
  • Fill the mug with hot coffee.
  • Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.

Notes:

Be careful when lighting the rum, and make sure to blow out the flame before adding other ingredients.
