  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Milk or any milk alternative
  • 1 tbsp Honey optional

Instructions: 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes:

Feel free to add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie.
