Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pulp fresh or canned
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions: 

  • Combine mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve chilled.

Notes:

Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of the mangoes.
