Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • to serve Egg noodles, cooked

Instructions: 

  • Add beef, onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream and flour. Stir into the slow cooker.
  • Add mushrooms and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve over egg noodles.
