Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lb spaghetti, cooked

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, cinnamon, cumin, allspice, cloves, chocolate, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and water.
  • 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 5. Serve the chili over cooked spaghetti.

Notes:

Top with shredded cheese, chopped onions, and kidney beans if desired.
