Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  • Cook the pork chops in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side of vegetables or mashed potatoes.
