Instructions:
Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
Cook the pork chops in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Serve with a side of vegetables or mashed potatoes.
