Instructions:
1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry pork chops in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes:
