Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess.
  • 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • 4. Fry pork chops in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add garlic powder or paprika to the flour mixture.
