Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz Spaghetti
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded chicken and cook until heated through.
  • 3. Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • 4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  • 5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover the skillet. Let it cook until the cheese is melted.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This chicken spaghetti is a great way to use up leftover chicken. Feel free to add more veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms.
