Ingredients:

  • 6 cups Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 stick Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour into a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Pour over the apple mixture.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
