Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions: 

  • In a saucepan, combine blueberries, water, and sugar.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in lemon juice and simmer for another minute.
  • Strain the mixture to remove blueberry skins, if desired.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
