Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Add rolled oats and stir until well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each cookie with a spoon.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
