Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Peanut Butter
  • 0.5 cup Butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 6 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Shortening

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring until smooth.
  • Insert a toothpick into each peanut butter ball and dip into melted chocolate, leaving a small portion of peanut butter visible at the top.
  • Place back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate is set.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
