Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, melted butter, and beaten eggs. Add the yeast mixture.
3. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
7. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece and wrap it around a sausage link.
8. Place kolaches on a baking sheet and let rise for another 20 minutes.
9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes:
Best served warm.
