Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 cups Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in the buttermilk until just combined.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish and pour it into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Place the dough on top of the melted butter and spread it out evenly.
  • Cut the dough into 9 squares.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes:

These biscuits are best served warm.
